SPOILERS: Captain America Just Became The Marvel Universe's Most Powerful Villain In SECRET EMPIRE #9

While the heroic Steve Rogers remains trapped within the Cosmic Cube, Hydra-Cap's battle against The Avengers took a turn for the worst in Secret Empire #9 when he debuted a new "Captain Hydra" armour.

Steve Rogers is still trying to free himself from within the Cosmic Cube but the new version of the hero - who is very much a villain - is still out there attempting to control the world, rewrite reality, and take down The Avengers. Things for Hydra finally started looking bleak in Secret Empire #9 this week when the heroes under Steve's control were finally freed and his closest allies were taken out one by one.

However, Hydra-Cap won't be defeated that easily as he donned a new armour created for him by Arnim Zola. We've already seen this on covers for the comic book series but what we didn't know is that it's a suit powered by the Cosmic Cube. As a result, Steve Rogers is now the most powerful villain in the Marvel Universe and is set to take on the full might of The Avengers in Secret Empire #10.

We know the original Steve is coming back but it's going to be interesting finding out how that goes down in the final issue. What do you think of this latest development? Share your thoughts below.
