As 20th Century Fox prepares for its CinemaCon panel this morning, initial tracking info for the studio's upcoming Deadpool sequel has arrived, and The Merc With a Mouth's second solo adventure is looking at a very strong debut when it hits theaters just under a month from now on May 18.

Though these early industry estimates often fluctuate, the X-Men spinoff is currently poised to rake in at least $150M over the course of its first three days on release.

If accurate, this is a pretty big deal.

The first Deadpool movie made $132M and went on to become the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time. Should the sequel open anywhere north of that, it will give the studio its best domestic opening ever.
