I’d guess that it would appear with Black Widow or the week before in May. We’ll def get a description of sorts out of CinemaCon, but I’m hyped.

"What if the Eternals, with there minds wiped living as civilians all died in the snap? And that’s what triggers them to be reincarnated In their original Eternal forms?"...In the comics, they can do this when they do die or their bodies are destroyed by another equally powerful Eternal, Deviant, or the snap. There bodies and genome will automatically reincarnate or regenerate inside of a Celestial 3D printer hidden somewhere on Earth in their base The Tomb of the space Gods or a version of Olympos...I'm thinking that in the movie maybe these people went about living as ordinary humans because they had their memories and powers wiped by (I will assume) The Eternal Druig and for a time they lived normal lives. Then the snap happened and maybe killed off half of them or all of them depending upon how the story will go in the movie. After that, they reincarnate from the celestial 3Dprinter and their soul and consciousness are restored inside their new body. And they will discover Druig's plan of deception for whatever reason that will be. The 4:24 mark in the video talks about the Celestial printer from Neil Gaiman's comic.
