That CONAN up there?! ; P

I Am getting bored of all this Riddler speculation. I really hope we don't get the Riddler in the next film. There are far more interesting unused villains who will slot right into the mob ideas from the last two films.

I'm telling you guys, here's what they need to do:

Have the Riddler have his face covered or obscured when he appears in costume. Cast three or four great actors (Depp, DiCaprio, etc.) as people suspected of being the Riddler. Don't reveal who the real Riddler is until the final act.

That being said, Bane is my preferred villain. Javier Bardem for Bane!

Have the voice obviously be computer modified. Would it be to much if they used Frank Gorshin (60's TV Riddler) for the voice? I mean, he's dead, but the could use the recorded dialogue and a computer, I bet.

welcome to the family, and amen to that! everyday we have someone posting some kind of article about Batman 3, and its always the same old, same old. i'm not even that excited about it, but i want the news to to be reported just to get all these people to stop posting "their takes" on what they want in Bats 3. Nothing is original anymore, its all been said...

we get it, people want Riddler (for god only knows what reason), and they want him to be a psycho serial killer.

Well guys, it's not like it's an almost concrete inevitability that the Riddler's gonna make an appearance...

I tend to agree with the regulars... but bah Soonerdrake, and even you Corndog-

This was not an article about "wanting the Riddler", it's about "when he's here, what should be done with him." In revisiting Clockwork - "Alex" seemed to me to be a Nolan Riddler incarnate.

As I tend to agree with Anil, he nailed it, and Guy Pearce is a distinct possibility being one of Nolan's actors.

And to those complaining about "speculation on this site"; that's %90 of the content of this site lol...


@DGNR8 Heath's Joker was primarily based on Sid Vicious (I wasn't aware of the Alex connection), and Nolan started his career on a remake (Insomnia)... but I wouldn't be too sure about what he's got planned.

People who read my shit, at this point 'oughtta know I don't really go with the crowd, but like it or not we're gonna get the Riddler - two reasons which should not be discarded is there is potential for coolness there, but in the TV show and the movie, he's been a completely cheesed out.

If you walk up to the average joe on the streets and go "can you name three Batman bad guys?", one of 'em's gonna be The Riddler - like it or not, get ready for Nolan's version. And until that time, if you read this site, get ready for every other word written to be speculation about it lol.
