We start with a behind view of a man running in the distance down a dark, dirty, and murky alley. We don’t see much of the man, due to the minimal view of him running in the distance. The only thing that jumps out about the man’s appearance from behind is that he is wearing a dark green trench coat, one that sticks out from the darkness of the alley.

DareDevil Narrating:

“Who is the devil? Most know him as the ruler of hell, the man behind all the sins of humanity, The cause of every problem. NO! The Devil is just the warden of the prison of evil souls. Hell’s Kitchen is my prison. A prison that’s full of petty crooks, cheats, Junkies, and even big time crime lords. I am its warden”

As we cut to a second panel, we see that the crook has long, tangled, and greasy brown hair and a goatee that matches the color and look of his hair. We also see that the crook has stolen a woman’s purse, which he is clutching closely to his chest with his right hand.

DareDevil Narrating Cont.:

“I keep the streets clean, though some would say my methods are unorthodox compared to your everyday garden variety hero. But [frick] it, I am no Super Man.”

We now cut to a panel that shows a side view of the crooks face. He is sweating and looking very nervous as he continues his sprint to freedom.

Cut to the next panel where the crook’s sprint to freedom is ended due to a collision with a man’s fist, the unknown man’s fist is also covered in a dark red spandex glove.

DareDevil Narrating Cont.:

“I am DareDevil, The man without fear,…”

As we cut to the next panel we see the crook lying groggily on the floor, DareDevil standing over him.

DareDevil Dialogue:

“…and it’s time to give the devil his due”

Cut to the next panel. We are now in a courtroom looking at a lawyer, a blind man in a gray suit wearing sunglasses with dark red lenses and holding his walking stick of the same color as his lenses. This man is Matthew Murdock, The DareDevil.

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“You’re Honor, My client Mr. Castle was not even in the area during the slaughter of the city officials and one professional boxer, which has been proven. Though you may have found countless amounts of illegal firearms and other weaponry in his home, you have no proof that Frank Castle Murdered the likes of Mayor Joseph Tennant, Deputy Fire Chief Michael Mahoney, Deputy City Attorney Ian Bramble, and Carl “Fast Hands” Nunez”

We now cut the next panel where we get a closer look at Murdock focusing more on his upper body and face.

Matt Murdock Dialogue Cont:

“But what you do have your honor, is proof that these men have been part of a drug smuggling ring that included the involvement of the Kingpin of Crime for over a decade. Whoever was responsible served justice, though the method was indeed UNORTHODOX vigilantism.“

We now cut to judge Stanley Lieber (who bears a striking resemblance to a certain Marvel Comics Legend)

Judge Lieber Dialogue:

“I rule the defendant not guilty. This meeting is adjourned.”

We now cut to Matt and his partner in stopping crime, Franklin “Foggy” Nelson exiting the courtroom.

Foggy Nelson Dialogue:

“Nice, another win for team Nelson”

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“When did we decide about the name change to team Nelson?”

We cut to Foggy looking at Matt, as they continue their exit from the courtroom. Matt's dialogue comes from the left side of the panel, as he is out of view.

Foggy Dialogue:

“Hey, do you think it was that Daredevil Character that murdered those people? He has been in the Daily Bugle nonstop for months; I think that Ulrich guy has some sort of unhealthy attachment to him.”

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“Ulrich and the Bugle are fairytale chasers that believe in the made up stories from guilty men just trying to justify their failures. Crap like The DareDevil and the Spider-Man, I mean come on. Nobody but you and the crooks and crazies believe that shit paper any ways.”

Now we have a shot at Matt's face with Foggy's dialogue coming from the right of the pannel.

Foggy Nelson Dialogue:

“Well then Mr. Murdock, explain why the Bugle is currently the top selling news paper in the entire city.”

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“Lots of Crooks and Crazies live in this city, and we always end working with them. Like that Frank Castle, he may not have committed those crimes, but he is no innocent man. I can guarantee we will be seeing him again shortly.”

Now standing on the side walk of the street outside the courthouse.

Foggy Nelson Dialogue:

“Explain the Avengers, Costumed heroes do exist Matt. Plus the Bugle has gotten plenty of pictures of Spider-Man from that Parker Kid. What are you gonna tell me that 15 year old kid is Spider-Man.”

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“It’s crossed my mind, probably dresses up in a costume and takes pictures of himself to make cash.”

Cut to Foggy watching Matt cross the street.

Foggy Nelson Dialogue:

“Hey let’s celebrate. C’mon grab a drink with me.”

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“Cant tonight, I’m busy”

Foggy Nelson Dialogue:

{Sarcastically}
“You know what; I bet you’re Spider-Man. Yeah the blind lawyer from Hell’s Kitchen fights crime in red and blue spandex, hey but it might explain why you are always busy.”

Cut to Matt walking further across the street

Matt Murdock Dialogue:

“Later Foggy”

Foggy Nelson Dialogue:

“Yeah, Later”

We now cut to a shot of DareDevils face, with the night sky in the back ground; he is waiting for the arrival of someone.

As we cut to the next panel we see DareDevil in full. He is standing on roof top with a sky light window; this will come into play shortly.

As we are still seeing DareDevil waiting on the roof we see Spider-Man jumping off his web line onto the roof. We can see the straps of a backpack visible on the shoulders of Spider-Man.

He too notices his backpack is still there and stuffs it behind a vent on the roof. He tries to hide the fact that he is a teenage school student from DareDevil, thought DareDevil has known since their first team up that Peter Parker, the timid and nerdy Daily Bugle photographer was indeed Spider-Man.

We see DareDevil Smirking, Parker does not know DareDevil Knows his identity. Parker is still leaning back up from where he stuffed his backpack, he speaks:

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“How’s it hanging DD?”

DareDevil Dialogue:

“You’re late.”

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Yeah Yeah, Let’s get this show started Shall we?”

We now cut to DareDevil and Spider-Man smashing through the sky light; a bunch of thugs at a poker table are looking up shocked and angry.

DareDevil Dialogue:

“We just thought we would drop in.”

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Hey I thought I was the witty pun guy?”

We see both heroes now rooted to solid ground jabbing at one thug each with their right hands.

We cut to Spider-Man kicking as high as his head making contact with the jaw of another thug.

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“HA! Beat that one Mr. No Fear”

We then cut to DareDevil hitting two people across the face, one with his Walking Stick/Staff, the other with his left hand. He is also using both his legs to kick another man behind him in the chest. All of this is done simultaneously.

We then cut to Spider-Man standing on the poker table.

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Show off!”

We cut to a back view shot of standing on the poker table.

At the same angle we see Spider-Man’s spider sense is shown tingling as he moves to the right to avoid a thug attempting to hit him in the side of the ribs.

We then cut to the same shot with DareDevil’s fist coming out from the right of the panel, hitting the thug that attempted to hit Spider-Man in the cheek.

We then cut to DareDevil standing over the thug he just knocked out. Another thug with a knife is sneaking up behind him.

DareDevil springs backwards off the floor.

We see the sneaking thugs face with DareDevil’s elbow buried into it; teeth and blood flying everywhere.

We then see a frontal view of DareDevil taking up half the panel. Another thug with a baseball bat sneaking up on him from the side.

We cut to the exact same panel reconstructed; only a line of webbing is now attached to the sneaking thug’s back.

Now we see the same panel again only with the thug pulled so far out of it we only see his legs and hands as his body is pulled off the ground and out of the panel.

We now cut to Spider-Man standing with his index fingers pointed straight and his thumbs pointing in the air. The Thug has collided with several shelves of liquor behind a bar in the not so distant background.

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“AYYY”

We now cut to another roof of a building several blocks away; DareDevil and Spider-Man have hidden here to avoid police attention. Spider-Man is again seen with the straps of his backpack over his shoulders. He decided to retrieve it, not caring if DareDevil found out who he was, because now was the time for him to tell DareDevil he is really Peter Parker (not aware DareDevil already knows). Perhaps he believes DareDevil will return the favor, but he does not truly know DareDevil.

We now see Spider-Man and DareDevil standing only a few feet away from each other.

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Now I know why I like fighting with Wolverine on my side, He doesn’t make me look that bad.”

DareDevil Dialogue:

“Too bad he’s on Cyclops’s team. By the way who is old laser eye dating this week?”

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“I think he is back with Emma. I mean Jean died like two days ago so you know how it is. But hey I am sure Jean will be back sometime next week, so who really knows how long it will last this time.”

We now see DareDevil turn the other way to leave.

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Hey, listen my name is pe…”

DareDevil turns and puts up his hand, cutting Spider-Man off.

DareDevil Dialogue:

“Don’t waste your breath kid, I already know and I am not happy about it.”

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Well then, who are you?”

DareDevil turns around and starts to leave

DareDevil Dialogue:

“No one that’s of your concern.”

Spider-Man Dialogue:

“Are you Ben Ulrich, that guy does seem obsessed with you? I think it’s sort of unhealthy.”

DareDevil Dialogue:

“I am not that Weasel Ben Ulrich.”

We now see DareDevil standing at the edge of the building with Spider-Man several yards behind him.

We see DareDevil start his falling exit off the side of the building.

We then see Spider-Man try and stop him, but he is too late.

We then cut to aerial view above Spider-Man’s head as he looks over the side of the building. DareDevil is nowhere to be seen. The man without fear has disappeared from the view of the amazing Spider-Man, but they will soon meet again.

We now cut to a distant view of a large skyscraper. We can see the small shadow of a much larger man standing in its window. This man is Wilson Fisk, The Kingpin of Crime.

As we cut to a behind view of a man entering Fisk’s office, we still only see the back of Fisk which is covered in a massive White jacket with a large bald head poking out

Fisk’s Assistant Dialogue:

“Matt Murdock, that blind lawyer from Hell’s Kitchen; He got Frank Castle off the hook. Plus our smuggling ring has been exposed.”

Wilson Fisk Dialogue:

“EXPOSED?!?!”

We have the same view except we see that Fisk is carrying a walking stick with a large Diamond on top in his left hand.

Fisk’s Assistant Dialogue:

“That isn’t all. Some of your goons where attacked; they say it was by those DareDevil and Spider-Man character the Bugle is always writing about.”

We still have the same view, only Fisk is now clutching his walking stick with both hands in front on his chest.

Fisk’s Assistant Dialogue:

“What are you going to do sir?”

Wilson Fisk Dialogue:

“If Hell’s Kitchen has a Devil…”

We now see Fisk’s face for the first time. He is so furious that veins are popping out his neck and forehead. His walking stick’s handle and diamond top are crushed to dust in his hands.

Wilson Fisk Dialogue:

“…I’m going to give them a God.”

Now all you need is to find an artist who can draw this and you have an actual comic.

This is [frick]ing awesome! I like the comic book death reference from Spidey, but it sounds more like something Deadpool would say, since it kinda breaks the 4th wall. Apart from that one line, which isn't really important anyway, this is some awesome writing, amazing!

It is VERY VERY good, but Daredevil seems a little bit, more sarcastic and darker/rude compared to the one actually in comics
