Here are my choices for the main members of the DC superhero team, the Justice League of America...

First appearing in The Brave and the Bold #28 (1960), the League originally appeared with a line-up that included Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman and the Martian Manhunter. However, the team roster has been rotated throughout the years with characters such as Green Arrow, Hawkman, Black Canary, Zatanna, Hawkgirl, and dozens of others. Throughout the years, various incarnations or subsections of the team have also operated as Justice League America, Justice League Europe, Justice League International, Justice League Task Force, Justice League Elite, and Extreme Justice.

JoshW: As many of you will probably already know, I'm not the biggest DC Fan! That is why, in this cast, I have only included the JLA members that I'm familiar with and was confident of casting properly rather than putting in characters that I dont know and making casting picks on guesses rather than actors who actually fit them as I believe my below choices do! Credit goes to LEEE777 and a recent repeat of Mad Men for the idea of using Jon Hamm as Green Arrow! :)

Brandon Routh as Clark Kent/Superman

Superman is one of the few surviving Kryptonians that resides on Earth as Clark Kent, Reporter for the Daily Planet, while protecting the city of Metropolis.

Adrian Pasdar as Bruce Wayne/Batman

After witnessing his parent's murder, Bruce Wayne devoted his life to standing against crime and injustice. He trained himself to surpass human physical and mental limitations, mastering combat, deduction, and the use of technology. Using his fear as a symbol, he became the Batman: arguably the world's greatest crime fighter.

Anne Hathaway as Princess Diana/Wonder Woman

Born in Themyscira, Paradise Island; Wonder Woman is a princess, ambassador and great warrior. She is a founding member of the Justice League of America and the only female member of the "Trinity."

Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordon/Green Lantern

A Green Lantern is an officer of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps. Most famous of the Green Lanterns are those who patrolled Earth, including Hal Jordan and Alan Scott.

Patrick Wilson as Barry Allen/Flash

Barry Allen is the silver age Flash and arguably the first silver age superhero. He is the second Flash in the Flash family tree, and has recently returned to life after his famed death in Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Jon Hamm as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow

Green Arrow is the resident billionaire of Star City, husband of Black Canary, teacher of Red Arrow, father of Connor Hawke, member of the Justice League, fighter for the "little guys" and one of the finest archers from the DC Universe.

Josh Holloway as Arthur Curry/Aquaman

Aquaman is the hero of the seas and ruler of Atlantis.

Dennis Haysbert as John Jones/Martian Manhunter

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

J'onn J'onnz was teleported to Earth from Mars and stranded here 50 years ago. He used his extraordinary abilities as the Martian Manhunter, and was a faithful member of every incarnation of the Justice League.

Yvonne Strahovski as Dinah Lance/Black Canary

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Born into a family of crime fighters, Dinah Laurel Lance follows in their footsteps, assuming the costume and identity of her mother, the original Black Canary.

Serinda Swan as Zatanna

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Daughter of John Zatara, Zatanna is a powerful magician who uses her backwards speaking spells as both a performer and a member of the Justice League.

Michael Fassbender as Carter Hall/Hawkman

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

There have been many versions of Hawkman. Usually related in some way to the planet Thanagar, Hawkman traditionally wields weapons of archaic origin and wears large wings that grant him flight.

Jessica Biel as Shiera Hall/Hawkgirl

Hawkgirl was once Chay-Ara, a consort of Prince Khufu of Egypt. Her latest incarnation was that of Shiera Hall. Together with Carter, they became Hawkman and Hawkgirl, heroes and symbols of justice and warrior's honour.
