Before you tar and feather me (although some [most] still won’t like this cast) I want you to read how I would recast Daredevil 2003. the movie starts by Page returning to deliver DD’s identity in exchange for drugs. Kingpin locates Bullseye who is more than happy to meet his old adversary. The movie plays heavily with flashbacks. It’s the only way the audience can experience the history these characters have with one another. We witness the evolution of the relationship between DD and Elektra from him as a child to the 2 at college to her murder at the hands of Bullseye to prove he is more of an asset than she to her resurrection by The Hand (this is done throughout the entire movie). We also see Page and her journey from secretary to porn star to addict. The movie stays true to Miller’s comics. The end is a fight to the death from which Bullseye gets chucked off a building. Kingpin gets to the body first. The sequel COULD be Elektra bringing The Hand to attack DD, but I think she is capable of carrying her own intense movie, maybe to return in DD3. DD2, however, could be Guardian Devil with a new and improved Bullseye (which is what I’d like) or if the audience feels the need for another villain then… well… you tell me (btw no one ever gave me a riddle for my batman fancast) (basically my plot is Fisk’s bio) I've recieved all my info from wiki. Thanks wiki
CASEY Affleck (see I told you I was using Affleck) as Daredevil
I like Casey for several dark characters but I know the most about DD so I chose him here.
Living in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City, Matt Murdock is blinded by a radioactive substance that falls from an oncoming vehicle. Despite not being able to see anymore, the radioactive exposure heightens his remaining senses beyond normal human ability. Daredevil fights against his many enemies including Bullseye and the Kingpin. Daredevil's nickname is "the Man Without Fear".

Tsianin Joelson as Elektra
Elektra is a kunoichi – female ninja assassin – of Greek descent. She wields two bladed sai as her trademark weapon. She is a love interest of the superhero Daredevil, but her violent nature and mercenary lifestyle divide the two. She is one of Frank Miller's best-loved creations.
See that word--- GREEK--- that’s important
Jude Law as Bullseye (in the mask)
Under a mask those crazy eyes, sharp chin, and twisted smile would be great (basically my ’03 version of Fassenbender)
A psychopathic assassin, Bullseye uses the opportunities afforded by his line of work to exercise his homicidal tendencies and to work out his own personal vendetta against Daredevil. While he possesses no superpowers, Bullseye is able to use almost any object as a lethal projectile, be it weapons like shuriken and sai or seemingly harmless objects like playing cards and pencils. He is one of Daredevil's chief foes and serves as an antithesis to the hero by showing what one might become when blessed with keener abilities than most. His aim is uncanny, at a nearly preternatural level.
John Goodman as Kinpin (alas I thought I was being original until, while looking for a good pic, I found out someone else, on this site no less, chose him as well. I don’t care I likes so I keeps)
Wilson Fisk began his life as a poor child. Fisk began training himself in physical combat. Using his new-found strength, he intimidated the bullies into joining his gang, and he started on the road towards being one of the most successful criminals in New York City. The Kingpin remained the ruler of New York's criminal underground for a long time. While Fisk was a powerful crime lord, he posed as a legitimate businessman, one who made donations to charities, and seemed like a generous, wealthy man. At his wife's behest, Fisk later divested himself of his criminal empire. He then returned to a life of crime, regained control of his New York mobs, and hired Bullseye as his assassin. He set Bullseye against Daredevil. He then maneuvered Daredevil into battling the Hand. He then hired Elektra as his assassin. Fisk then sent Elektra to kill Foggy Nelson. After Bullseye killed Elektra, Fisk set Bullseye against Daredevil again. Some time later Kingpin learned Daredevil's secret identity when Murdock's ex-girlfriend Karen Page, who had become addicted to drugs, sold the information to a drug dealer in return for a fix. The drug dealer subsequently sold the information to Fisk, who then used his influence to destroy Murdock's civilian and professional life in the Daredevil: Born Again story arc.

Jack Palance as Stick (if only because they already chose Stamp)
The mysterious Stick is a sensei who trained the young but inexperienced Matt Murdock (Daredevil) to control his enhanced senses and taught him the acrobatic martial arts that would make him so formidable. Unlike Matt Murdock, Stick was born blind, so he has trained his techniques to a very dangerous style enabling him to protect himself better than a seeing person could. Stick is the master of the Chaste, a group of mystical ninja which seek spiritual purity and enlightenment as well as physical toughness. They have feuded with their rival group, The Hand, for centuries in a legendary secret war that stretches back to feudal Japan. Stick has made it his mission to keep the Chaste pure and clean from any evil infection. He forbade another of his prominent students, Elektra Natchios, from staying between their lines because of her vengeful personality, in spite of her formidable progress.
Jeff Daniels as Ben Urich
I can’t tell you why this worksso well for me, it just does.
Urich is a chain-smoking, tough-as-nails investigative journalist for the New York newspaper The Daily Bugle. Urich deduced the secret identity of Daredevil and has used him as a source of information and vice versa. To a lesser extent, he has a similar relationship with Spider-Man, whose alter ego Peter Parker was a photographer for the Bugle who occasionally accompanied Urich on assignments. Urich has used these connections to expose supervillains posing as businessmen, including the Kingpin and Green Goblin.
Jack Black as Foggy Nelson
Look, I like Astin, and he’s the correct age in ’03, but I wanted my own pick. I almost went with Kevin Smith as a nod to his work on DD, but ultimately I chose Black and I like the comedy he could bring to the straight Affleck.
Initially used only for comic relief, Foggy has developed into one of the strongest supporting characters in the Marvel Universe. He shares a very deep friendship with Matt Murdock, being both his sidekick and his protector. With his down-to-earth, everyman lifestyle, he acts as a contrast to his tormented superhero colleague. Foggy is always portrayed as a slightly fat man who obviously spends a lot of time behind a desk. However, time and again, he has proven to be almost as good a lawyer as Murdock and tried numerous cases which bear that out.
Brittany Murphy as Karen Page
I can’t believe she wasn’t my 1st choice. I almost went with Smart, but I wasn’t about to have ANOTHER duplicate cast member (see Goodman). This one’s gold and I like it better than Smart
Daredevil reveals his true identity to Karen. She is conflicted, as she is in love with both Matt the man and Daredevil the hero. She constantly fears for Matt’s safety, but he cannot give up fighting crime. Karen eventually leaves him and moves to California to pursue an acting career. She finds work as an actress in a daytime soap opera.Karen then becomes addicted to heroin and starts making pornographic movies. In the "Born Again" story arc, Karen, in need of a fix, sells Daredevil's secret identity to a drug dealer, who in turn sells it to the Kingpin.
BTW... would it be worth my time to post a 2 hour pilot script i/ve written for Luke Cage?
