My Take On Marvel's Phase Two

My Take On Marvel's Phase Two

Back with my phase two for a could've been MCU if Marvel never struggled and had to give rights up to some of their characters to stay alive as a company.

I thank those who took the time to read my brief but, I feel a successful Phase One of what a Marvel Cinematic Universe would look like if I were in charge and Marvel never had to give up their rights. This is ignoring every Marvel movie that currently exists outside of this fanfic. Here's the link to Phase One if you're interested http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/GhostRiderfan1/news/?a=80994

Anyways, Welcome to

By the way, the names of the sequels from Phase Two and beyond are numbered cause I was trying to get these done I'm bad at making up titles. Sorry guys. Also, there are going to be a Phase or two between some sequels to try and give room for an expanding universe and a chance to introduce some new characters.

Black Panther

Think of Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier as my approach to, Black Panther. In the sense that, this is T'Challa's story. Not Black Panther's. This is a more visceral Marvel movie, a little bit darker than the other solo movies. Throughout my trilogy for Black Panther, his sole mission is to take revenge on Ulysses Klaw for taking T'Chaka's life. But, this is also about Black Panther growing into the role of being a king and the pressure it has on him. The villain is, White Wolf. White Wolf wants to kill T'Challa for two reasons. One, to show that he is more of a worthy king than T'Challa and two, for banning the Hatut Zeraze because the reoccurrence of torture and assassinations by them. Fights are brutal, visceral and intense but also emotional because Black Panther must eliminate his own brother for the safety of Wakanda.

X-Men 2

The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants are recruiting and rebuilding after the events of the first movie. Professor X looks to further build the X-Men as a team including practices in the Danger Room. Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast, Storm, Colossus and Iceman are the current team but they're sent to look for Remey Lebeau and James Howlett. Known better to us as Gambit and Wolverine. Heads up, Wolverine does not have his classic look because I don't feel confident it would ever look good on screen so, it's still just a beater and jeans. The villain of the movie is, the Shadow King and his sole mission is to find and kill Professor Xavier. It still continues with the X-Men's struggles to be accepted by humanity.

Spider-Man 2

Spider-Man 2 we find Peter going to graduate from high school and heading into college. He's still trying to figure out how to spend time between being Spider-Man, spending time with Gwen and a way to do everything else. One of his college professors is Doctor Curt Connors. We spend time with Connors as a character and get to know his wife and son, Martha and Billy. He is the villain of the movie and yes, I'm going more for the Steve Ditko look rather than the more popular Todd McFarlane look. We really see his struggle to defeat a more powerful enemy while saving his friend. Also, we get name drops of Tony Stark and Hank Pym at The Daily Bugle.

Thor

In The Avengers, he is banished to earth for disobedience and to learn humility. He eventually joins The Avengers to take down Doctor Doom and is accepted back into Asgard. On Asgard, it is revealed that they banished Amora for the type of magic she was learning and being an apprentice of Karnilla. She grows a jealousy of the closeness between Thor and Lady Sif. She gains the attention of the Executioner and causes an all out war against Thor and Asgard.

Ant-Man

Between Ant-Man and Thor, I had a tough time trying to find a way to get these two to work. I needed Ant-Man cause of my Avengers 2 plans. The villain of Ant-Man (due to his lack of an interesting rogues gallery) is the Taskmaster. Hank Pym works for S.H.I.E.L.D and is suppose to develop a weapons project with Tony Stark for them but instead, is working on a project called Ultron as well as a suit that can change his size. Suddenly a foe by the name of, Taskmaster appears and plans to steal information from S.H.I.E.L.D and assassinate Nick Fury somehow. He suits up and faces Taskmaster a couple of different times, the second battle nearly wounding him fatally. He eventually stops Taskmaster and finishes Ultron. Ultron is good for about twenty minutes and bonds with Hank before turning on him and escaping. Leaving the film with a cliffhanger. The mid-credit scene being Ultron is recruiting Taskmaster for a special job.

Captain America 2

Captain America is struggling to get use to the world and gains a new friend in Sam Wilson. The two become allies and eventually fight crime together but, that doesn't mean Cap lost ties with SHIELD. Cap travels across the globe to find out who's responsible for these mysterious murders that are on a much global scale. The villains are Baron Zemo and Baron Von Strucker. Their plan is to assassinate the president and have foreign countries take over the United States. It's up to Cap and the Falcon to stop them before it's too late.

Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2 sees Tony dealing with struggles of alcoholism and rumors of possible terrorism and people trying to invent Iron Man armor of their own are spread throughout the world. Someone though, is trying to steal technology from Stark Industries and trying to take out Iron Man. Only someone by the name, The Ghost Is known to be among those trying to ruin the image of Stark Industries and take out Iron Man. The Ghost in their final battle would try to kill Iron Man but is unsuccessful and while Iron Man tries to interrogate him, he makes Iron Man lose grip and drop The Ghost causing him to hit the ground and die. The film ends with Tony's journey now trying to figure out who is after him.

The Avengers 2

The Avengers once again come together as they are forced to be a team and work together without falling apart as Ultron builds into a stronger, more sentient being. Taskmaster is then sent to take on and distract The Avengers. Eventually, Wolverine comes into the mix and agrees to help The Avengers after being attacked in a bar by Ultron. It's also an around the world type film and he is able to steal vibranium from Black Panther and that's when Black Panther gets involved as he reluctantly joins The Avengers to stop Ultron. Hulk is back and has been working with S.H.I.E.L.D most of his days, trying to get by. Ant-Man joins and eventually, they find a way to stop Ultron, Wolverine kills Taskmaster and Hank dumps a deactivated Ultron into the ocean, tears down his face while he does so.

What do you guys think? I know Thor and Ant-Man are my two weakest as you can tell I struggled with them. Anyways, comment below with your thoughts and if you would like to see Phase Three.

The thing about hank pym is that his stories should be about adventure and not action. Scott lang is the one who goes on spy missions.
