Anyone who's read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings knows that the books have a very distinct and different tone. It will definitely be a challenge for Mr. Jackson to create a feeling of cohesiveness between the LOTR trilogy and the two prequel films. However, if the trailer below is any indication, Jackson may have indeed struck the correct chord to achieve harmony.

i would just like to let you know that I will not be seeing the UNDERWORLD movie because of the damn commercial advertisment that keeps popping up everytime i head back to the main page... It gets "OLD"!!!

Why must you tease us with a trailer for a movie that is a full year away, why Jacks, WHY????

I vote, in this time of winter, we pull a Cartman and bury ourselves in snow in order to freeze ourselves and have a friend thaw us out once then movie comes out next year, and then repeat the process for part 2

Hope the movies good cant wait to see it. I havent finished reading the hobbit and havent read the lord of the rings books but i have seen the movies and loved them. I hope that it is a lot like the book because it is very interesting and seems like there would be a lot of story scenes as well as action so its not boring and its not completely retarded.
