Finally, some confirmation. I don't see the point of announcing his casting and keeping the role secret for weeks. It's not like he's a big enough star to make the press run stories curious about who he's playing. They should have done all of this weeks ago.

He looks good to me! I have no problem with it. I really hope Angel has a big role in this movie, he was always a really interesting and cool character to me. Can't wait for Apocalypse!

@CherryBomb That would have to work the other way around. But still, that would be amazing. Would love an ending teasing Sinister becoming a main antagonist like in Rise of Apocalypse II.

so ... the story of Angel after the DOFP changed. He end up in circus (left by his father) where he meet Nightcrawler ? And X3 scenario never happened ? Maybe his father died or never became famous pharmacy company owner ?


The only real problem i have is this:
If Apocalypse gonna totally brainwash Angel he will end up being like 5-10 minutes cameo guy, also a henchman. The only way i can see Angel character to work is to make him halfly brainwashed and show us that he still is fighting the virus. More meaty role, i mean.

Also : Foster is a really good actor but he was miscasted as Angel. The script didn't help him either. Also - it was rather a cameo role.

I do really love Storm, but I have to admit I wish Iceman were here... If only so I could see all original five X-Men and Professor X on screen together in their classic outfits... That would have been nice.
