GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 Director Reveals The Secret SIXTH After-Credits Scene You Didn't See

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 boasts a total of FIVE additional scenes during and after the credits, but James Gunn also shot a sixth. You can find out what exactly it would have entailed here...

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has five scene scattered throughout the credits, but in a recent interview with USA Today, director James Gunn revealed that it was very nearly six. However, before you go getting too excited about any possible Avengers: Infinity War or Thor: Ragnarok teases, it sounds like the plan was very much for this one to be played for laughs before it was ditched.

The scene was going to feature Gef the Ravager (Steve Agee), a quirky supporting character seemingly killed by Yondu's arrow earlier in the movie which enjoying a beer. According to the site, "The director filmed a scene where heroes Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff) are conversing and suddenly hear screaming." It sounds ok, but is kind of similar to the one involving Kraglin and Drax.

"We realize that Gef has been on the ship the entire time mortally wounded," Gunn explains. "It ended up being a little confusing." That's fair enough and it sounds like we should expect to now see this on the deleted scenes list when the DVD and Blu-ray are released. What do you guys think of this cut scene?
