She-Ra and The Princesses of Power may have targeted a slightly younger demographic, but the show actually turned out to be great fun for adults and kids alike. Now, Netflix has announced that Adora and friends will return for more animated adventures on April 26.

In the season 1 finale, She-Ra, Bow, Glimmer and co, managed to defeat Catra and her Horde forces, but this pushed Adora's former friend beyond redemption and saw her rise to the rank of Hordak's right-hand woman.

The Princess Alliance may have held strong, but don't be surprised if the savvy feline Force Commander enlists the help of some classic She-Ra villains such as Leech, Grizzlor and ManTenna to strike back.

Tell us, did you watch She-Ra season 1? If so, what did you think?

Really enjoyed this show. I've never watched the original that much, but for anti-sjws to constantly trash this reboot just because the female characters don't all look the same like before or aren't "appealing" is just creepy & nonsensical. The character arcs & the drama is what kept me reeled in, not to mention the colorful art design & world.

Can't wait for next season!

@ANewPope - I liked it. It was surprisingly funny and all of the characters were strong. Animation is ...okay. I would have preferred if it was a bit more like The Dragon Prince.
