SMALL PRINT: First Official Look At Judie Dench In SKYFALL; Posters For PIRANHA 3DD & FRANKENWEENIE

In this edition we have the first official pic of Dame Judie Dench as M, two posters for upcoming blood n boobs fest sequel Piranha 3DD, a one sheet for Tim Burton's Frankenweenie, and more..

Our round up of some smaller comic, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror, Action, Anime and CBM related movie news that may be of interest. Definite horror theme today - no offence Dame Judie! First up is this poster for Tim Burton's latest animated project: Frankenweenie..

The movie, a full length version of his own 1984 short about a boy who resurrects his beloved pet dog Sparky Frankenstein-style, hits theatres Oct 5th and features the voices of Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, Martin Short and Martin Landau. Via SFX

Next is the first official image (there was a scan posted previously apparently) of Judie Dench as M in Sam Mendes' James Bond flick, Skyfall..

She is pictured with Mendes and Cinematographer Roger Deakins. This still accompanies an announcement stating that on Wednesday the official site will be revealing Mendes’ first Skyfall video blog. Via Scriptflags

And here are two international posters for the upcoming sequel to the surprisingly entertaining Piranha 3D, of course titled Piranha 3DD..

Compared to the posters for the first flick these ones seem a little tame..can we expect the same of the movie? Piranha 3DD reteams Feast director John Gulagar with writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Chris Zylka, David Koechner, Meagan Tandy, Paul James Jordan, Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Hector Jimenez, Adrian Martinez, Clu Gulager, Gary Busey, Katrina Bowden, Christopher Lloyd, Ving Rhames, Paul Scheer and David Hasselhoff all star. No release date as yet. Via Bloody Disgusting

And finally, keeping it horror-comedy tinged, we have the trailer for an absolutely crazy looking Dutch Zombie flick called Zombibi. There are no subtitles, but something tells me you won't need em. Contains graphic violence..
