JOKER Movie Extras Reportedly Locked In A Subway Car For Over Three Hours And Forced To Urinate On Tracks

Photos from the set of Warner Bros.' upcoming Joker movie, starring Joaquin Phoenix, have been making the rounds this week, but thankfully this is one disturbing scene we haven't had to see.

Warner Bros. upcoming Joker movie, starring Joaquin Phoenix as the Clown Prince, is under scrutiny following a report that extras for the film were locked in a subway train car for more than three hours.

Joker is currently filming in New York City and, according to TMZ, the extras were shooting a scene in a Brooklyn subway station. For reasons unknown right now, they were locked in a train car and denied their break after two hours of work. It gets worse, though. The report claims:

The extras started banging on the subway doors asking to be let out because people needed to use the bathroom, but they were kept inside and eventually resorted to pissing on the tracks through the small spaces between cars.

And no, this was not some prank played on the extras by Joaquin Phoenix as we've seen actors who portray the iconic character do to co-stars in the past.

The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) reportedly received a complaint about a break time violation and has sent out a representative to resolve the situation. Warner Bros. has also reached out to TMZ and said they are looking into the situation. Hopefully, we find out what went down on the set of Joker because this sounds like a disgusting nightmare for all involved.
