Chinese Poster For JUSTICE LEAGUE Shows The Team MURDERING Marvel Superheroes
An unofficial poster for Justice League has started doing the rounds in China and is being displayed in a number of theaters and even online apps. What's the big deal? Well, let's just say it's bloody...
As you can see below, a Photoshopped poster has started doing the rounds in China featuring the Justice League alongside Thor's decapitated head, Deadpool skewered on Aquaman's trident, Wonder Woman stabbing Wolverine through the chest, the Flash standing on Captain America's head, and various torn off limbs belonging to Iron Man. Needless to say, this poster is not officially released!
Despite that, it's being displayed in a number of Chinese theaters and is displayed on both video hosting site iQiyi and an online ticketing app for China's biggest theater chain, Wanda Cinema.
Warner Bros. clearly isn't behind this marketing ploy and they probably won't be happy to learn it's being passed around as being official. How so many companies were suckered in by this is hard to say but it clearly boils down to them being somewhat naive in regards to what sort of movie Justice League is! Plus, they probably don't realise The Avengers actually killed the League at the box office...
