@Doomsday8888 - I think they will do something with Deadpool. I don't think they are going to release xmen stuff until they are close to finished (vfx wise).

Wether you liked or or hated Apcalypse (I loved it personally) there is no denying that the early images of Apcalypse played into the films "failure".

We could be surprised though. If they released the kingsmen trailer before the panel, they must be saving something big for the fox panel.

If Singer was behind Dark Phoenix, having them on SDCC would have been a guarantee, cause him and Zack Snyder are big fans, and they always show something.
Now i dunno...
Also yeah, that shitty Ivan ooze thing was pathetic as f*ck, ppl should realise that it was all during pre production and a bad light, he actually looked great in the movie (and yeah, i loved it!).

@Doomsday8888 - I feel the most obvious xmen thing they would likely release would be Deadpool related. Not only is it a popular character but it would likely get a lot of social media buzz.

While I did find the Ivan ooze comparisons funny, personally I loved his design in the film. I find his comic design to be very boring . But the film had great mixture of the cybernetics and Egyptian design and was recognisably Apcalypse.

Not to mention that's probably the only thing to show, maaaaybe New Mutants, but that's it i guess.

I like both versions, film and comics, the movie had an interesting take, very egyptian, even his origins are slightly different, which is understandble.

@kallel - He was in the Pay-again-to-see-the-actual-movie Edition. Folks who only watched BvS in the cinema haven't seen shit, unless they bothered to watch the deleted scene released on YouTube while the movie was just starting its theatrical run.

I now realize all those gray landscapes in the trailer ( where Batman swing kicked and bataranged those parademons, Aquaman speared a few with his trident, wonder woman landed at the end of the trailer ) are apocalypse. The color and texture of those places look identical to his suit. If apocalypse is all gray and the villain is all gray Im gna be [frick]ing pissed. That proves beyond a doubt that Snyder has a serious problem with color

@Supafairy - Hu muted a planet infamous of contrasting black vs red/yellow ( aka hellfire themed which is VERY colorful ), and made it gray. He is just uncomfortable with bright colors. It's obvious now

@SanDevil - Whatever, it's his movie he can do what he wants. Art is subjective and to any director, they're work is a reflection of their own preference. We'll get color where it's needed, aka, WW, Shazam, Flash, etc. Different director different visual style. His just happened to be this, I doubt he's "uncomfortable" with bright colors, that's just a silly statement.

Taste in movies are subjective and liking Snyder's working in no way makes me a bad DC fan.
