JUSTICE LEAGUE: Superman FINALLY Joins The Team On These Alex Ross Inspired Posters And Banner
Now that Justice League is in theaters, Warner Bros. is done hiding Superman and he joins the rest of the team on these officially released, Alex Ross inspired posters. Hit the jump to check them out!
Justice League didn't live up to Warner Bros.' expectations this past weekend either critically or commercially and in what might just be a bid to generate interest in the movie over Thanksgiving, Superman has finally been included in marketing materials. Outside of fans, many people didn't expect the Man of Steel to return and it could be the studio is regretting keeping the hero's role under wraps.
After all, at least teasing his return to general moviegoers not necessarily in the know might have really helped as just a single shot of Superman in the trailers would have generated a lot of excitement.
It's too late to know whether or not Superman being included in marketing materials would have made a difference to Justice League's opening weekend but these posters and banners are downright awesome. It's about time we get to see Superman standing alongside the rest of the team and the fact these posters are inspired by Alex Ross just make them even better and they feel complete now.
