The cover for the upcoming Justice League: The Art of the Film book has been revealed and it features an awesome new look at this iconic DC Comics team assembled...even Superman makes an appearance!
Titan Books has unveiled the cover for Justice League: The Art of the Film and while it's not quite up there with what we get from Marvel Studios' concept artists, there's no denying that this is a great new look at the team. As a bonus, we even get to see Superman alongside his fellow heroes, something which is long overdue considering the fact he's been left out of all the official stills and posters.
Inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans – Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash – to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions. Packed with stunning concept art, sketches, costume detail, stills, and behind-the-scenes shots from the set, this book is an invaluable insight into the world of Justice League.
Don't get any big ideas about scouring the book for spoilers, though, as it's been confirmed that this won't be released until November 21st, foir days after Justice League hits theaters. Warner Bros. is clearly determined to keep the movie's biggest secrets under wraps, something which probably shouldn't come as too much of a surprise seeing as Superman's return is such a compelling mystery.
