JUSTICE LEAGUE: Zack Snyder Said To Have Screened The Snyder Cut For Warner Bros. Executives

Reliable sources are claiming that the fabled Snyder Cut of Justice League was recently screened to Warner Bros. executives, making it highly likely this version of the film will indeed be released!

According to The Wrap's Umberto Gonzales in a story shared by Heroic Hollywood, Justice League director Zack Snyder recently held a screening of his infamous "Snyder Cut" of the film. However, this one wasn't just for some of the filmmaker's pals, as executives from Warner Bros. are said to have been in attendance.

"Something is happening with Snyder's cut of the film and discussions are currently underway," reports the site. "[We] do not know if the Snyder Cut is preparing for a special one-time-only fan screening or whether the film will be released on either streaming platforms or home media. However, a theatrical release is highly unlikely."

They believe that a release on HBO Max is possible, which is something that's been speculated on for some time.

Warner Bros. is surely aware that the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement isn't going anywhere, and until they release that version of Snyder's film, the backlash is likely to continue. Actually releasing it would be a PR win, and would ensure that the DC Extended Universe can finally move on.

Unfortunately, it would also be an admission that they made a mistake by spending millions of dollars on Joss Whedon reshooting Justice League, and they might be unwilling to acknowledge that.

A screening is definitely good news, however, and others on Twitter have backed up these claims.
