Yet another still from the upcoming "Snyder Cut" of Justice League has found its way online, and this one gives us a new look at Jason Momoa as the King of Atlantis in his civilian guise of Arthur Curry.

As excitement continues to build for the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League (or, Justice League Director's Cut as it seems to be officially titled) on HBO Max in just a few month's time, another new image from the "Snyder Cut" has been shared online.

This black-and-white still gives us a new look at Aquaman star Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry, and appears to be an additional shot from the character's introductory scene.

As a core member of the team, Aquaman already had a fairly substantial role in the theatrical version of the movie, but we do know that Momoa returned for the recent round of reshoots, so Snyder clearly envisioned a little more of the Atlantean hero in his original take on the DC Comics adaptation.

Around the time it was first announced that Snyder would be given the chance to bring us his original vision for the iconic DC super-team, we were told that reshoots would not be that extensive, but the likes of Momoa, Henry Cavil, and Ben Affleck returning for additional photography led to speculation that we'd be getting a lot more than just a standard director's cut with a few extra scenes.

However, Snyder has since confirmed that his cut would only feature about 4 minutes of new footage - despite the recent news that Jared Leto and Joe Manganiello would reprise their respective roles as The Joker and Deathstroke.

The "Snyder Cut" of Justice League will debut as a 4-episode event series on HBO Max in March.

@Mando - well, I can confirm that a few friends are excited for it. But they also enjoyed BvS...so...

@Mando - Ive had a few non-comic friends say they were excited. Pretty much everyone disliked that theatrical cut that I’ve talked to so the bar is pretty low for many

Wouldn't have thought so when the casting was announced but so far Momoa is the best cast out of the Snyder-JL roster. Not because he's a good actor, mind you but rather because he was so left field that the movie that got built around this stunt casting felt so genuine and fun (again, not winning an Oscar by a mile but still) that it revitalized the character for me.

Meanwhile Affleck/Cavill got trapped in terrible itterations of their respective characters that would have desperately needed someone like Wan/Jenkins to revitalize them.
Fisher/Miller were present and Gadot...well...I don't think she's a good actress (yes, in my eyes even worse than Momoa).

So overall...well done James Wan.

Well after WW84 the Snyder cut tastes like that refreshing mouthwash to me. Admittedly I am a fan of Snyder style and I did rewatch JL recently and liked it better so I'll enjoy this even better.

After Snyder's JL is done, I think we're gonna see a reboot. Flashpoint will change things. Hell, WW84 has changed things as far as people's interests in her I think. The internet hated that movie in full force. I'd not be surprised if moving forward they just focus on Battinson, Shazam, Black Adam, and maybe rebooting the rest
