Hawkman being in the Black Adam movie is perfect because both characters deal with Egyptian mythology.

If the writers of the Black Adam movie want to do some crazy world building they could even do that with introducing the general audience to the Scarab with Dan Garrett finding it, show the helmet of Fate (Nabu) and have Ra's Al Ghul have a cameo.
