While we have a vague idea about what to expect from Glass, this new trailer finally sheds some light on what direction the movie will take these characters in. As you can see in the trailer below, Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson) teams up with The Beast (James McAvoy) to show the world that superheroes - and supervillains - do exist but his true plan is also revealed and, well, it probably won't surprise you.

He's unleashed The Beast because he wants to see David Dunn (Bruce Willis) finally reach his true "potential" and he's still obsessed with his old friend turned
foe being outed to the world as a hero.

This is an M. Night Shyamalan movie so chances are there will be even more twists and turns than just that but the rivalry between Price and Dunn is clearly going to be taken to the next level, with The Beast caught in the middle. His powers are unleashed in a big way in this first look too and it's now clear that Split was simply setting the stage for a bigger story featuring the superpowered psychopath.

Are you guys excited for Glass? Check out the trailer and let us know your thoughts in the usual place.

Brilliant. Exploring David’s “potential” is genius because...ever since Unbreakbale, that is ALL I have been wondering about David’s ‘powers’.

All I recall from ‘Unbreakable’ was he kept bench pressing more and more weight and displayed strength with some ability to SENSE something? And he was vulnerable to water.

But I (and probably otherss) have been asking that question since the first film...just wht is David’s potential?

I used to think they were limited due to budget and the realistic approach...very excited to see them striving to tackle this question.
