Well, it sounds like Universal Pictures may just have another winner on their hands with Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the latest chapter in their long-running Jurassic Park franchise.

The highly-anticipated J.A. Bayona-directed blockbuster just finished up its worldwide premiere in Madrid, Spain and following the screening, the cast and crew were treated to a 10-minute standing ovation. A handful of the attendees have since taken to Twitter to share their initial impression of the film and the early word has been increasingly positive with almost everyone unanimously heaping praise on Bayona's direction. It also seems to be an improvement over its 2015 predecessor as fans commend the scarier tone and the considerably more brutal dinosaur action, which should be music to the ears of longtime fans.

Check out the early reactions below:

It’s been four years since theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment. Isla Nublar now sits abandoned by humans while the surviving dinosaurs fend for themselves in the jungles.

When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who’s still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission. Arriving on the unstable island as lava begins raining down, their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order not seen since prehistoric times.

With all of the wonder, adventure and thrills synonymous with one of the most popular and successful series in cinema history, this all-new motion-picture event sees the return of favorite characters and dinosaurs—along with new breeds more awe-inspiring and terrifying than ever before. Starting the hype train early. If it's really good it'd be cool to see it open as huge as the last one.

Look, based off all those terrible trailers, I'm not optimistic, but I freaking hope it is as good as they are saying, I love the original and JW was just fine in my opinion so I really hope it can reach the greatness of JP. Also, my hot water tank ruptured and my power went out the day after I woke up to my car with a smashed windshield and slashed tires. Why god has forsaken me I will never know.

I always trust in Bayona, that man is amazingly talented, i remember watching The Impossible and never expected the filmmaker to be the same behind El Orfanato. Reason why i got excited for this sequel, i enjoyed JW but i had a feeling Bayona would level it up and i'm glad that apparently is that way, i understand some being meh twards this movie and which's fine, but personally i'm glad i'm finally gonna get to watch a Jurassic movie from this genius. Bring it on Bayona.

@JosephCronos92 - The Impossible was fricking incredible. He did a great job there, and actually showed Tom Holland to be a great actor as well. Kid arguably outshines Naomi Watts and Ewan Mcgregor in that film.

Also, The Orphanage was extremely good too.

@Menks123 - The Impossible was a huge surprise to me, i love disaster movies but goddamn i never expected that one to be so goddamn amazing and one that actually made me feel that i was there, as well as to portray how that disaster was lived in that moment, by locals and tourists alike, approached with a very delicated touch along with fantastic acting, palpable special effects and terrific directing, simply mesmerizing and raw.

Indeed, The Impossible was my first encounter with Holland, and the little dude had me impressed from the get go to the end, when i heard he was rumored for Spidey i was all smiles and hopes and to finally have him as one of my favorite characters is just awesome, he deserves it. Evan and Naomi did fantastic job as well, LOVE the movie.

@TRexx21 - I tought Jaws had scarred me enough to keep me away from the beach, but nope Bayona had to com around and add a Mosasaurus inside a giant ass wave... nope not going to the beach any time soon again lol

Um, just to remind people. The reactions to Jurassic World were pretty good.... and that ended up being one of the worst films of 2015, so set your expectations accordingly.

@TyrionLannister - I don't get why you use your opinion on the first movie to represent everyone else's when telling us why we shouldn't have good expectations for this one.

@MUTO123 - I trust the British Goat-Han Solo to gauge this Han Solo movie more than literally anyone else. His passive-aggressive attitude toward this project perfectly reflects my own.

@MUTO123 - I like mr Sunday movies but sometimes I agree with his opinions, nothing against him thought that's just personal preference. My go to reviewers are Chris Stuckman, Redlettermedia, Double Toasted and a few others. Ralph Sepe and his Sardonicasts crew can go to hell. ( That said I like when he reviews legit bad movies)
