STAR WARS: LEGO Unveils Its Amazing Rebel Blockade Runner, The Tantive IV From A NEW HOPE

LEGO Star Wars fans will soon be able to outrun the Empire with their own Rebel Blockade Runner, the Tantive IV. First seen in 1977 in the opening scenes of Star Wars: A New Hope, it includes all the signature details from the ship, as well as five Minifigures, including Princess Leia and C-3PO.

This LEGO brick recreation features the Tantive IV’s signature elongated hull, detachable escape pods, elevating turret guns, spring-loaded shooters and eleven huge engines at the rear of the craft. The hull can be removed to reveal a highly detailed cockpit with space for two Minifigures and the ship’s conference area, allowing you to plan your very own missions from the control console.

The LEGO Star Wars Tantive IV measures over 14 cm high, 62 cm long and 19 cm wide, and with over 1,750 pieces this set is sure to delight Star Wars and LEGO brick fans alike. Once the Tantive IV  has completed its missions it makes a great centrepiece for any collection.

The LEGO Star Wars Tantive IV is available directly from LEGO Stores and shop.LEGO.com from 3rd May 2019 and will be priced at £179.99.

Yes one of my favourite Star Wars ships. That opening scene from Star Wars is classic, how movies should be done mind blowing action from the start.
