"This is a rebellion, isn't it? I rebel." Disney and Lucasfilm have released the first trailer for Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and it is all kinds of awesome! See Felicity Jones' Jyn Erso lead our heroes into battle against a mysterious villain after the jump....
Following that ever so brief teaser last night, Lucasfilm has officially released the very first trailer for Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Aside from what we already know about the plot (Rebels embark on dangerous mission to retrieve Death Star plans) there aren't many new details here - but we do learn Felicity Jones' character's name, and that she was evidently something of a scoundrel before joining the Rebellion.
In addition, there are some very intriguing shots of several other mysterious characters to keep us all speculating about for quite a while. Thoughts?
Starring Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, and Riz Ahmed, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set to be released on December 16th, 2016.
