That's worlds better than the previously released official theatrical poster, in my opinion. The lack of Leia on both is disappointing - and confusing - though.

I wasn't going to this movie, but I figured most people still would. Now however as we close in on the release date the more I hear from Lucas film and from leaker and industry insiders this make actually be the dumpster fire that they feared. If you would have told me that as I walked out of TLJ I would have thought "Good" now though I kind of feel bad for my beloved franchise. I'm still not going to pay to see it.

About posters: It's completely out-of-style from the rest of the saga, but I love the red/white TLJ posters. It was refreshing for a space opera/sci-fi fantasy.

The one thing that I really think was missing from the new trilogy was the opportunity to re-unite the legacy characters on screen.

We had scenes with Han and Leia together and one scene with Luke and Leia together, but not one with all three of them together.

Now that we have Lando back in the mix, it would've been cool to see all four of them back together one last time to help the new generation take down the First Order.

I like that the legacy characters are included but I feel like they're being glossed over a bit. Han's death barely registered with Leia or Luke or even Chewie for that matter and when Leia and Luke are reunited it's basically a quick "what's up" and then he's off.

I know it may have come off as just fan service, but having the whole team together for the grand finale would've brought tears to my eyes.
