With the help of a few more massive Return of the Jedi fans, Hasbro could be releasing the largest Star Wars product in their history.

The company officially launched a crowdfunding campaign to create a 4-foot long replica of Jabba the Hutt's sail barge, The Khetanna, which fans will recognize as the site of the Tatooine-based gangster's ultimate demise.

The barge was the setting for one of the most iconic scenes in Star Wars lore, and fans have been eager to get their hands on one of these intricately detailed replicas, with 4,322 backers so far.

The campaign's goal is to reach 5000 backers before April 4, and if the campaign reaches this goal, each fan who makes a $500 contribution will get the replica barge, a 64-page booklet detailing its creation, a 3.75-inch scale figure of Jabba and a 3.75-inch Yak Face figure, all arriving in Classic Vintage Collection packaging with a seal of authenticity.

Take a look at a comparison between the barge and Hasbro's Millenium Falcon:

Hasbro describes the barge as follows:

In the film "Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi", The Khetanna was a luxury, 30-meter sail barge owned by Jabba the Hutt that carried a massive transport of up to 500 passengers and 26 crew members. Complete with 3 decks, the Sail Barge was primarily used to transport passengers on extended trips across the dunes on the planet, Tatooine. Most notably, the Sail Barge was the site of Jabba's demise at the hands of Princess Leia Organa and her cohorts.

This crowdfunding format allows for Hasbro to create highly detailed, expensive projects that they wouldn't be able to create with the traditional model of production. Fans who want to make this dream a reality have five days left to make their pledge.

More pictures of the model can be seen here.
