Now that the movie has a director in Krampus' Michael Dougherty (he also wrote the screenplay alongside Zach Shields), Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures are assembling the cast for Godzilla: King of the Monsters - the official title - starting with a familiar face from Stranger Things. That's right, Eleven herself, Millie Bobby Brown, will be making an appearance in the highly anticipated follow up.

Unfortunately, character details are being kept under wraps and so too is any sort of story information. What we do know is that the Godzilla follow-up with set the stage for Godzilla vs. King Kong in 2020.

Given her age, Brown will likely be playing someone's daughter, and more information will hopefully be revealed soon. This marks her first big screen role, and it's an impressive start for the youngster's film career. Godzilla: King of the Monsters is currently set to be released worldwide on March 22nd, 2019.
