SHAZAM! Can't Handle The Caped Crusader Stuff In Fun New TV Spot For The DC Comics Movie

Following the release of that new trailer earlier this week, another TV spot for Shazam! has now landed online, and it sees Billy Batson admit to not being cut out for all this Caped Crusader stuff...

The new Shazam! trailer generated a lot of discussion, especially as it wasn't what a lot of fans expected. While the Marvel Family and Seven Deadly Sins were nowhere to be seen, Warner Bros. instead made a clear effort to push Shazam as a character in a bid to make it clear to moviegoers that he's someone worth spending time with next month.

Now, another TV spot has been released and this one features some fun new snippets of footage as the transformed Billy Batson makes a reference to Batman when he talks about not being cut out for all this Caped Crusader stuff.

It's also worth noting that select members of the press got to see Shazam! last night. With over a month to go until it's released, the studio has to be confident in its chances of success if they're screening it this soon (while those who watched it were allowed to say that much, they're still embargoed from sharing reactions).

I stopped reading after this:
