More photos from the set of Shazam: Fury of the Gods have been shared online, and this time we see Djimon Hounsou's Wizard alongside Grace Fulton, Jovan Armand, and Ian Chen, who appear to be on horseback.

The Shazam: Fury of the Gods set photos keep on coming, and this latest batch spotlight a surprising encounter between members of the Shazam Family and a character who was believed to have been killed off in the first film.

We recently learned that Djimon Hounsou (GOTG, Captain Marvel) would indeed reprise the role of "The Wizard" in David F. Sandberg's sequel, and he can be seen here alongside Jovan Armand (Pedro Pena), Ian Chen (Eugene Choi), and Grace Fulton, who will also play the superhero version of Mary Bromfield/Marvel this time.

We're not exactly sure what's being filmed here, but it looks like Mary, Eugene and Pedro are supposed to be on horseback - unless they're riding some other-worldly creatures that need to be added in post!

Check out the Twitter thread (via Shazam Updates) below for a closer look.

This is just the latest in a series of set leaks. The most recent video showed West Side Story star Rachel Zegler filming a scene in a golden superhero outfit, which looks quite similar to the colorful duds sported by the Shazam Family. Zegler is believed to be playing a villain, but some recently leaked details about her character suggest that she might be posing as an ally of Billy Batson (Asher Angel) and Freddy Freeman (Jack Dylan Grazer) in an attempt to gain their trust.

That's just speculation based on the information available, but at the time she was cast, Zegler was said to have taken on the role of the youngest of three sisters, and we know Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu will play villainous sisters Hespera and Kalypso.

We've also seen a battle-damaged Shzam (Zachary Levi) facing-off against an unknown foe.

Shazam: Fury of the Gods is set to hit theaters on June 2, 2023.

I gotta be honest here... I love David Sandberg and I loved the first Shazam! but I kinda lost all interest in this sequel when it stopped being based on the comics.

That stinger at the end of the first one with Mr. Mind recruiting Dr. Sivana into his Monster Society of Evil was like a wonderfully twisted version of NickFury recruiting Tony Stark for the Avengers at the end of Iron Man.

But instead we've got something about witches and the Greek gods that are supposed to be dead? Which comic is this supposed to be based on again? None of them, oh okay then. There goes my in-built dedication.

I enjoyed the first movie but I honestly couldn't care less about a sequel. I hope the first trailer changes my mind

Bring back the hoods! Shazam's hood was a nice update to his costume and helps separate him visually from the rest, but they didn't even have him wear it up once! What a waste! Now they're just making him look more and more like Superman. Shame.
