Spider-Man 3 could be like Smokin' Aces where someone has put a hit on Spidey's head and several villains have come to collect: Kraven, Spencer Smythe and the Spider-Slayers, and maybe Scorpion. It could be revealed at the end that Osborn, Octavius, or even Fisk put the hit out.

The Spider Slayers and Kraven should come into play.

Spidey is PUBLIC ENEMY #1


Everyone is coming out of the woodwork to get a piece.

Also, his relationship to Tony should take a huge hit. The knowledge that he left something like E.D.I.T.H. in the hands of a teenager is not going to sit well with anyone. Even if it is disproved or spun in some way, the idea of it still stinks. It doesn't help that Mysterio's video also reveals the fact that Peter/Spiderman, via Tony, has possession of some dangerously lethal, drone tech.
