@KingCipher - They don't, even if Spidey had his normal color scheme there would still be a ton of red. Just sounds like a very weird nit pick to me.

@KWilly - So, part 3 will show him marrying Jessica Drew? The ultimate version of her?

@GoldGuy - Well I can tell you I don't really care for changes between different media - been a member since 2009 and that has been my motto since then.

But I'm not a fan when the characters' essences are not really being respected. Things I really think Marvel/Sony should be aware of:

- Peter is a genius. He created the web and he just isn't some famous scientist cause he's always broke and has to deal with the superhero thing.
- BTW Peter is broke. He always has some real life issue going on, which breaks his success and takes things from him.
- Pretty obvious, but the Uncle Ben thing is so essential to him because that's what keeps him on taking advantage by using his powers and overcoming the previous issues.
- MJ (considering she's a version of MJ) is sassy, appears happy, hiding her problems from the world. This one is just cold and, honestly, kind of an a-hole.
- Aunt May should at least mention Ben Parker once in HC. Peter just says "after everything that happened to her", distancing himself from the problem and being empty words cause we don't see any conflict in her.

See, I'm not saying these films aren't good or anything. I loved the freshness of HC. But these little things are starting to seem they're part of a bigger problem. Maybe Sony has too many hands on this and they don't really "get" the character. SM is one of my faves and I want this to be awesome and, despite being different, at least presenting the characters we know.
