Anyone buying that bull rumor about Jimmy Kimmel playing Ultimate Kraven?

https://screenrant.com/spider-man-3-jimmy-kimmel-kraven-hunter-casting/

Because some people really believe it... (Rumor Mill Time!).

Anyway, my bet is, that the actor of Ned lost weight because he will be playing Hobgoblin from an alternate universe. Seems like the only reasonable explanation.

I'd take it to the bank.

@DARKSIDEIS - Or, like me last year, just wanted to lose weight. May seem like a small thing, but I've never been so content with one of my choices ever. Recommend it to everyone.
Origame
Origame - 10/15/2020, 8:18 AM
@DARKSIDEIS - considering how many health benefits come from losing even a little weight when you're clearly in the overweight/obese range like he was, nope. It has to be because he's the hobgoblin.
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 8:23 AM
@Origame - that’s ridiculous! He’s definitely Miles Morales

@bkmeijer - Lost 40 pounds a few years ago, gained it back cuz my wife didn’t like me skinny, but I def felt better skinny. Oh well happy wife happy life. Now I wanna lose it again and gain it back as muscle but I have no time to work out, and I hate dieting but especially without working out.
UXASIS
UXASIS - 10/15/2020, 8:36 AM
@Origame - Sure, I get your thinking. But it is kinda convenient, that he lost weight just before the SM3 filming began.
bkmeijer2
bkmeijer2 - 10/15/2020, 8:53 AM
@TheWalkingCuban - I sympathise with you. I did, and still do, a 3 mile jog every other day to keep fit. Only dieting I do is not drinking soda and eating fast food. So if I gotta give a tip, its taking a stroll if you got a spare half an hour every few days.
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 9:00 AM
@bkmeijer - I’ll try, my coworker quit, I do portable xray, basically I got the whole top 3rd of Mississippi and 18 hour days are normal til I get a new coworker, or new job, lookin at hospital is in Memphis. Not working out makes me wanna eat even more for some stupid reason.
Origame
Origame - 10/15/2020, 9:07 AM
@DARKSIDEIS - convenient yes. But considering a) having the best friend become a goblin themed villain is incredibly similar to the last 2 iterations of Spider-Man and this is a franchise that's going out of its way to be nothing like those movies and b) Hobgoblin is incredibly dependent on Green Goblin who hasn't been introduced yet, I really don't see this happening. MAYBE he's playing an alternate universe Hobgoblin, but that's all I can really think of in how this could work.
Origame
Origame - 10/15/2020, 9:08 AM
@TheWalkingCuban - You can try intermittent fasting. The 16/8 method is basically just skipping lunch, and that alone can have incredible benefits on overall health, including weight loss.
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 9:31 AM
@Origame - I’ll start tomorrow cuz I just ate some delicious gas station rib tips, I’ll be honest I’m depressed, and I’ve never eaten out of depression but I have been lately. I guess intentionally eating healthy would give me something to focus on, but when you’re on the road all day... doesn’t matter, I’m gonna do it. Grill up some chicken and get back on oatmeal. So much more fun when I can work out but oh well
UXASIS
UXASIS - 10/15/2020, 10:02 AM
@Origame - I tried that (because I heard Jackman has been preparing for Wolverine this way).
After three weeks I quit, because my weight did not change, I was basically only starving myself.
I heard that your body must slowly adapt itself to the changed eating order. So it takes about 3 months to see the weight change.
As a student I don't have much time for working out, and not eating only adds to the stress.
bkmeijer2
bkmeijer2 - 10/15/2020, 11:36 AM
@TheWalkingCuban - That's a pretty intense job with those hours. What Origame said can work, but no matter what never skip breakfest (my other tip). My go to snack, if I'm hungry in between, is mostly bananas or unsalted unbranded cashew nuts. Damn those nuts are the good stuff
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 11:44 AM
@DARKSIDEIS - man exactly, weights, running, and basketball motivate me to eat right and I’m just generally happier.
narrow290
narrow290 - 10/15/2020, 11:44 AM
@bkmeijer - I've been walking 30 min a day, almost every day and I'm finally losing pounds. I do fasting and semi-low carb. been doing the fasting for over 2 years now and it hasn't really worked. Walking was the key. not to mention I feel great!
narrow290
narrow290 - 10/15/2020, 11:45 AM
@Origame - The energy you get is fantastic!
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 11:52 AM
@bkmeijer - almonds hurt the top of my mouth so maybe cashews and walnuts. I talked to an IFBB pro who is busy with competition right now but at the end of the month will help me with a workout and diet. Now I met him mid September and started losing weight but as soon as I had really long days again I lost my motivation. I don’t just wanna eat right ya feel me. Few years ago I was skinny and weak, then I bulked you too fast, I was strong but I was fat. Now I’m just fat. My goal is 155, but with weights, then lean bulk strictly up to a skinny solid muscle 180, preferably 190 so I can fatten up 15, 20 lbs and weigh 200, 210, solid fat and muscle, back to 190, 180 for the beach. The hard parts are drop down to 6 pack (done it) and especially lean bulk keeping that 6 pack (never had the patience)
UXASIS
UXASIS - 10/15/2020, 12:13 PM
@TheWalkingCuban - I'm fine with my weight, so the next step is getting muscles. Seing all those superheroes makes me want to get a six pack, but that is easier said than done.

I'm working out with Chris Hemsworth's app, and I must say it is very helpful (also even with a 20 minute workout per day, you might be dead, but after three months there are good-looking results).
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 12:24 PM
@DARKSIDEIS - cool. Well I’m not fine with mine lol, when I got down to 6 pack I had no arms, when my arms got big so did my gut. No one’s fault but my own! I have some good workouts but now I just do failure every set, sore every workout. They’re shorter workouts now cuz they exhaust myself. But when I was doing strength I was at a point where I shrugged 120’s for 5 sets of 40. Had to stop at 200 due to time! Still wasn’t tired! But did I look like a superhero? Maybe a black Puck. Which most of em are
Origame
Origame - 10/15/2020, 12:51 PM
@TheWalkingCuban - thats never easy. Yeah just hang in there.
Origame
Origame - 10/15/2020, 12:53 PM
@DARKSIDEIS - its also important to make sure you're actually eating less calories than usual. Its pretty easy in this process to misjudge the calories you eat when you do, or even to overcompensate by the end.
Origame
Origame - 10/15/2020, 12:53 PM
@narrow290 - it really is.
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 1:30 PM
@Origame - don’t worry I climbed out of the pit, just gotta leave it behind. That’s hard, cuz when you look into the abyss, it looks back, and if you keep lookin it’ll pull ya as surely as the Micmac Indian burial ground called Louis Creed
Bad place to be
bkmeijer2
bkmeijer2 - 10/15/2020, 2:17 PM
@TheWalkingCuban - that's some solid goals. Something I should've also set, because, although I'm good shape (getting and maintaining a 6 pack might just be too much motivation for me though), I'm not doing any bulking or whatsoever. Might pick that up too if I get the motivation for that. Getting a someone like a IFBB pro might just help me with that too
TheWalkingCuban
TheWalkingCuban - 10/15/2020, 2:36 PM
@bkmeijer - it’s def doable but it’s rigorous. Working out is always fun tho. Well if I get the job I’m applying for I’ll be 7 on 7 off, pretty much lunch to 11pm, for a whole week with a wee off, man I’d hit the gym like I want to:

1 chest, bi's, forearms
2 quads, traps
3 back, tri's
4 hams, gluten, cholderss
5 rest,
REPEAT, which is 6 times in 30 days

Run, basketball, and abs every chance I get. That would motivate me to eat like I’m supposed to for sure. I used to hit dem weights 2 hours a day. I did NOT understand the importance of diet though. Work smarter, not harder. Work harder too lol

bkmeijer2
bkmeijer2 - 10/15/2020, 3:05 PM
@TheWalkingCuban - "Work smarter, not harder. Work harder too"

Definitely right. The running has become routine for me (staying fit is still hella motivating) so it's not working harder for me right now, but I do plan on it.

My main question now is though, you're gonna be one buff doctor soon. Tack on a cool catchphrase, and we got ourselves a superhero origin right here.
bkmeijer2
bkmeijer2 - 10/15/2020, 8:12 AM
Of all things, the number 1 makes the least sense. Only relatively though, since I don't see the rest happen soon either.

In my opinion there is no need for Miles or Spider-Verse yet. Prefer Home 3 and the next trilogy to be about Tom Holland's Spider-Man and his Spider-Man alone (possible at one point fighting a Sinister Six, of villains from his universe).
