Will Smith's Inner Fanboy Could Not Be Contained When The Batmobile Arrived On The SUICIDE SQUAD Set

Will Smith has starred in some pretty big blockbusters in his storied career but the day the Batmobile arrived on the Suicide Squad set and Ben Affleck hopped out sent him back to being 6-years-old again.

Despite the Suicide Squad cast list leaking early and spoiling a few cameos and characters, fans were more concerned about the fact that Ben Affleck's name was not on the list. Does that mean it was just a stuntman in the Batsuit? Well, thanks to Will Smith's appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, we now know Affleck was definitely on set and behind the wheel of the Batmobile. TV spots and trailers have revealed that Batman tangles with the Joker and Harley Quinn at some point during David Ayer's film, but perhaps he has a run in with Deadshot as well?

"I was cool - Suicide Squad is in the Batman world, in the DC Comics world, it was cool, I've made a lot of movies. It's all good. I was like, 'It's just another movie.' And the Batmobile came around the corner and I was like 'oohhhhh.' Ben Affleck jumps out of the Batmobile [and I screamed]. I was like, 'Oh my god!' I was 6 years old. I was like, ‘Ben can you sign this for me?'"

FILM SYNOPSIS:  It feels good to be bad…Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?
