Another Kryptonian Villain Revealed In MAN OF STEEL?

Early models and product info for toy merchandise have revealed spoilers in the past and the latest from Lego could very well be a spoiler for Zack Snyder's Man of Steel.

Tor-An in Man of Steel
At the London Toy Fair, one of the movie tie-in kits included a mini Lego figure for:
"General Zod, Colonel Hardy,Superman, Faora and Spoiler: [Tor-An]"

If this rumor proves to be true then that means Kal-El may not be the first Kryptonian on Earth. In comic book lore, the character in question is a sleeper agent placed on Earth by General Zod. This potential development would also raise larger questions like how long has Krypton known about Earth, where is Zod coming from in his spaceship and which one of the seemingly mundane characters in Man of Steel could be a sleeper agent in disguise? More on this development as we have it.
