The Death of Superman was a surprisingly good movie (certainly better than it's live-action counterpart), I've disliked most of the New 52 DCAU movies.

That being said, I have a bad feeling about Reign of Superman.

@RageDriver2401 - I wish the animation was a bit better but man did that third act hit me hard in the feels.

I was watching it and work and there's a part in which Superman is fighting Doomsday on a bridge and a boy almost gets killed and a battered Supes saves him. When that boy hugged Superman I turned into a big man baby.

@DnA - agreed, I really liked that he showed up as the last hope. And the Lois and Superman romance worked for the first time. That last fight really hit me in the feels.

Yea the animation in the last few movies has been clunky. Plus I hate Phil Bourassa's character design style that they use.

I hate that Young Justice kinda looks like this now. I loved the differences in the art styles and animations.

OT: Isn't the Captain Marvel stuff supposed to air today?

@DnA - I hate that they're using the NEW 52 animated movie designs for YJ now. But i'll take new YJ however way we can take it.

@DnA - It was awesome when every DC animated movie was different from the next. I hate this shared universe crap so much. I don't care if they adapt new 52 storylines, but at least mimic the art style of the run. Justice League: War should have looked like Jim Lee's art, Throne of Atlantis should have looked like Ivan Reis', Batman vs Robin should have looked like Greg Capullo's.

Meanwhile, movies like Son of Batman, Judas Contract, and Death of Superman should not have had any new 52 influence at all.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - where have you been new 52 universe has been done year ago it’s now called dc reborn with realistic costumes not goofy laughable ones with underwear over costume except for Superman they made few jokes about that in action comics 1000 same point of thinking how I feel about red underwear over costume
