The Flash is shooting in the UK, and some newly revealed set photos showcase the Wayne Manor from Tim Burton's Batman 1989 seemingly surrounded by smoke. What's going? Check the images out right here...

The Flash is currently shootingt in England, and we now have more photos of a familiar location from the wider DC Universe.

The crew has been at Burghley House in Petersborough for a while now, and as we're sure you already know, this is the same location used for Wayne Manor in Batman 1989. We don't know whether any time is supposed to have passed since the events of Batman Returns, but Bruce Wayne's home clearly hasn't fallen into a state of disrepair (unlike his DCEU counterpart).

In these latest set photos, however, we see that machines are being used to create smoke - possibly fog - that will surround Wayne Manor. Could smoke be generated when the Fastest Man Alive breaks through the Multiverse and finds himself in a completely different version of the DC Universe?

We'll have to wait and see, but there are some great shots of this iconic location to be found here.

The concept art revealed during last year's DC FanDome pointed to Michael Keaton's Batman being the same age, while other reports have indicated he's set to portray an older Dark Knight. Despite comments from Keaton that he might be unable to reprise the role of Batman due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, Warner Bros. was clearly able to get something sorted out as it's since been confirmed that he'll reprise his most iconic role.

Check out these set photos from The Flash below:

Perhaps an explosion in the Batcave?

I hope we get to see that silly Batcave entrance with the fish tank and coffin with spikes.

@Origame - I loved that in the comics, but I hope we don’t get that in this movie.

Last time we saw Keaton, he was only just cracking downloading viruses onto discs. I hope we get some technological continuity and he’s not got like a super advanced different Batcave.

@Se4M4NSt4ine - well I mean his tech was considered cutting edge for 1989. Plus this has more to do with a chemical experiment rather than something requiring any sophisticated technology. Heck, the comic had just a lightning rod and an electric chair to do this.

@Se4M4NSt4ine - It depends. Keaton is very obviously much older now than in 1989 lol. So unless they are planning to use de-aging special effects on him, that means the '89 universe is further along in too. It would be weird to see an older Batman not upgrade his Batcave computers over that kind of time span.

@Se4M4NSt4ine - It Could be Like The Dark Knight Returns or Batman Beyond or The Nolan/Snyder Verse Films even Jean Paul Valley took the mantle of the bat he Bruce Could reside else where, or just reside in the bat Cave and the Upstairs is just a shrine or Mausoleum/museum Like the Above mentions, also the mummy tomb with the Spikes is kool, Even the Little underground One person subway cart from Wayne Manor to the Batcave would be kool. Batman Forever had a few things right. Like Chucky says A true classic Never goes out of style.

@Se4M4NSt4ine - I don’t know if Bruce would trust the cloud, flash drives maybe, He usually Leaves the computing to the Robins or Oracle/Batgirl/Babs. Or the foxes, or Harold the mute mechanic or the mechanic from the Animated Series, would always run the numbers through that Bat Computers
