THE FLASH Set Video Reveals That The Scarlet Speedster's New Suit Will Be A Mix Of Practical And VFX

Another video from the set of The Flash shows Ezra Miller suited up as the Fastest Man Alive, but this costume is clearly going to be a mixture of practical and visual effects. Check it out right here...

We've been treated to a lot of photos from the set of The Flash since production started, including first looks at Sasha Calle's Supergirl, Michael Keaton's return as Bruce Wayne, and a Ben Affleck stand-in decked out in his new Batsuit racing through the streets of Gotham (or Central) City.

Now, we have our first (blurry) look at Ezra Miller suited up as the Scarlet Speedster.

Before you get too excited, though, these videos don't exactly reveal the Flash's costume in all its glory. Instead, Miller only has the boots and mask on as the rest of it is clearly going to be brought to life with visual effects (the actor can be seen wearing a motion-capture costume). Based on what we've seen in the concept art, this isn't a huge surprise, but is a big departure from his past appearances.

In both Justice League and Suicide Squad, Miller donned a fully practical costume, but heading down a comic accurate route means visual effects to enhance the Flash's appearance make sense.
