Filming continues on Marvel's Thor: Love and Thunder in Australia, and while we have seen a number of revealing set photos, it's probably going to be a while before an official poster for Taika Waititi's threequel is released. While we wait, this fan-made effort should serve as a more-than adequate place-holder.
The poster was designed by digital artist Nuno Sarnadas, and features Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) raising Mjölnir as the new Mighty Thor along with the original God of Thunder (Chris Hemsworth), Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Korg (Taika Waititi), members of the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the villainous Gorr the God Butcher, who will be played by Christian Bale.
This is very impressive, and since it's in-keeping with Marvel Studios' usual poster style, we wouldn't be surprised if the official Love and Thunder one-sheet ended up looking fairly similar.
Plot details are still under wraps, but we know the story will revolve around the Odinson's old flame Jane Foster transforming into The Mighty Thor. Matt Damon and Sam Neill have also been confirmed to return as "Fake Loki" and "Fake Odin" for (presumably) a stage re-cap of the events of Ragnarok.
Thor: Love and Thunder is set to hit theaters next February.
