For Asgard! First Look At THOR's, LOKI's And ODIN's New Costumes For THOR: RAGNAROK

These new pics from the set of Thor: Ragnarok may not be online for long given they feature Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston & Anthony Hopkins in their Asgardians threads, so check them out!

Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston had to wear cloaks just to hide their new Asgardian costumes while filming Thor: Ragnarok on the streets of Brisbane, Australia last week. So, this Instagram user likely just put himself on Marvel Studios’ hit list for posting photos of himself on the film’s closed set while posing alongside the aforementioned actors as well as Sir Anthony Hopkins who are all donning their respective costumes as Thor, Loki and Odin.
Fortunately for us, these Instagram images have provided our first look at the required costume alterations Marvel have made for the God of Thunder’s third solo outing, including a completely different design for his torso armor, which appears to be more leather this time. As for the (former?) King of Asgard, Odin, what we see him wearing in the photo may not be his battle suit, but it’s definitely different from what we’ve seen in the past; even compared to what Anthony Hopkins was sporting on the Ragnarok set last week.
Tom Hiddleston’s God of Mischief costume does not appear to be much different from what he wore in Thor: The Dark World, but he, too, has more battle leather this time around. Anyhow, check out the photos below while you can because they may not be up for long! Thanks to B1gr1g, we also have another look at that mystery lady from the set last week.

Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok is directed by Taika Waititi, and it stars Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Idris Elba (Heimdall), Sir Anthony Hopkins (Odin), Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie), Karl Urban (Skurge), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), with Jeff Goldblum (Grandmaster) and Cate Blanchett (Hela). And Thor: Ragnarok is set to open in theaters on November 3, 2017.
