Thanks for including the part of the article that included Antman expanding inside of Thanos's anus, really brought the whole article together.

@RegularPoochie -

Tarantino's answer prompts me to wonder;

which would be snyder favorite MCU movie ?

@Equivocal - None, he only cares about JL Snyder cut.

Once again, Tarantino is right and a lot of you people are still wrong about that film.

@SpideyPuffsMJ

Ragnarok isn’t very divisive. A lot of people love that movie.

@regularmovieguy - Correct. A lot of people *here* don't like it though.

@SpideyPuffsMJ - They're just very vocal about it, but doesn't mean they make up a large portion of this community. Most people recognize it's an awesome movie. The only complaints people have about the movie is the use and type of humor; specifically how humor undercuts some of the dramatic moments. Same complaint as Guardians 2. But vast majority of folks agree those two are well-done MCU movies

@regularmovieguy - Are you kidding me? Ragnarok is the go to example for the "Marvel is nonstop kiddie jokes" crowd, they always wanna say how it ruined Thor being a badass. Yet on the contrary he's even more badass now that he's more relatable, thank you Taika ans the Russos for fixing Thor.

Ragnarok. Not surprising. Definitely a top 5 Marvel movie.

@HeavyMetal4Life - what’s your top 5?
HeavyMetal4Life
HeavyMetal4Life - 6/10/2019, 8:31 AM
@Frshcoupe -
1. Endgame
2. Infinity War
3. Civil War
4. Winter Soldier
5. Guardians of the Galaxy

6 and 7 are Ragnarok and Black Panther. Maybe I'd put Ragnarok actually at 7th, I like it much more than BP but BP is the better movie imo.

"We're guessing you didn't have Quentin Tarantino down as a Marvel Studios fan, right?"

Basically anyone who knows Tarantino knows he's a comic book fan. He referenced Fantastic Four in Reservoir Dogs, Superman in Kill Bill, and he almost directed Luke Cage.
Dredd97
Dredd97 - 6/10/2019, 6:28 AM
@soberchimera - Yo, his Luke Cage movie would've been [frick]ing fire. He said Laurence Fishburne was his Luke Cage. Imagine Sam Jackson as Cottonmouth. Maybe even Pam Grier as Misty Knight. That would've rocked.
soberchimera
soberchimera - 6/10/2019, 6:55 AM
@SmokingMan - Luke Cage could've been the urban Count of Monte Cristo. Carl Lucas is a criminal framed by his former friends and gangmembers, (Diamondback, Shades, Commanche who work for Cottonmouth) and Lucas returns to Harlem under a new name for revenge and redemption. But they had to turn him into a cop from Georgia for some reason, and they didn't even show how he was framed.

Also, I forgot, Tarantino said Inglourious Basterds was inspired by Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos.

I watched the Thor trilogy this weekend, and watching The Dark World and Ragnarok back-to-back was like night-and-day. I remember watching TDW in theaters and thinking it was fun and watchable, but after seeing Ragnarok, The Dark World is really bad. It’s like Star Wars prequels bad.
