Next week, after Oliver Queen and Team Arrow recruits Roy Harper for a mission to stop the Ninth Circle, things go a little haywire and it looks like there's going to be massive collateral damage.

Next week, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) finds himself on the wrong side of the law yet again as a mission to stop the Ninth Circle goes awry and leaves him as the primary suspect in a series of murders.

Fortunately, Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) is on the case, but it's really not looking good for the Emerald Archer. Meanwhile, present day Roy (Colton Haynes) joins the team, which means we may be getting an update on what Thea (Willa Holland) has been up to these past few years.
