TV Line has confirmed former series regular Willa Holland will return as Thea Queen for the eighth and final season of
Arrow and it sounds like fans will get plenty of time to bid farewell to the fan-favorite Queen as she'll appear in a recurring capacity throughout the final run of ten episodes.
Further details are currently unavailable, but showrunner Beth Schwartz did express her excitement in a brief statement. “
We are thrilled to have Willa back in our final season."
Holland was one of the
Arrow's original stars and served as a series regular until her departure in the sixteenth episode of Season 6. She made a quick cameo, as a talking head for the Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) documentary, in the twelfth episode of Season 7.

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea.
