The Black Canary Mystery Deepens In New Extended Promo For ARROW's Midseason Premiere
In this new trailer for Arrow's upcoming midseason premiere, we learn more about the mystery surrounding Laurel Lance's return as well as getting some awesome shots of her Canary Cry powers in action...
The CW has released a new promo ahead of Arrow's return next week, and in it we learn that this Laurel Lance (who many fans will be known by Dinah Lance) fools Oliver Queen and company into believing that she returned courtesy of The Flash's decision to travel back in time and change history.
It's highly unlikely that's true, especially as this version of the Black Canary has a real Canary Cry, something you can see in the image above actually destroying the monument built for Laurel.
The character's return to Arrow gives The CW series a second chance with her, especially as they dropped the ball in such an appalling manner last year. With any luck, this isn't just Black Siren trying to manipulate the team for an episode or two as Team Arrow needs a new member now Artemis has decided to align herself with Prometheus.
