First time he does it in the Season. Hoping it is just temporary and a one time thing, he has been more interesting without it.

I hope this ep delivers despite sounding too much like previous Lena episodes.

1. He needs to fill in for an emergency
2. He suits up to prove he is a hero as well
3. He is angry and has a grudge so he suits up

@JoeMomma29 - I can see happening the 1st option and the 3rd one as last measure. It isn't within Supergirl to threaten people even villains so Guardian can do that. His desire to prove himself a hero felt like it had been completed when he saved that alien kid before the S2 finale without his suit.

@johnnymarr - Only this one when it comes for this Earth. The rest (Flash, Vibe, Killer Frost, Mon El's upcoming suit, MM, RF, Captain Cold, Citizen Steel, Superman, Supergirl, Mr. Terrific, Firestorm, etc) are far from that definition.

Hopefully this episode is better than this week's episode. Nice to see Guardian returning though, his scenes are usually pretty good.

@Kevwebsz - 100% AGREED. Could’ve still had Olson and introduced John Henry and we would’ve gotten two interesting characters besides one that’s WAY out of comic book continuity and really doesn’t make sense
