SUPERGIRL: Kara Danvers Faces Agent Liberty In New Photos From Season 4, Episode 19: "American Dreamer"

With Supergirl taking a backseat next Sunday, it'll be up to Dreamer to pick up the slack, but things take a serious turn for the worst when Agent Liberty shows up at CatCo looking for a fight.

Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) had a major breakthrough last week, as a reporter, when she was able to obtain a drive that may contain the key to stopping Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer) and it looks like she'll be staying in her day job for the foreseeable future until she can find enough evidence to clear Supergirl's name.

Meanwhile, James (Mehcad Brooks) goes to Lena (Katie McGrath) for help when he can't seem to manage his PTSD as well as he newfound abilities.

DAVID HAREWOOD DIRECTS - As Kara (Melissa Benoist) doggedly works as a reporter to clear Supergirl's name, Dreamer (Nicole Maines) picks up the slack as National City's protector, which leads to a showdown with Ben Lockwood (Sam Witwer). James (Mehcad Brooks) takes drastic measures to relieve his PTSD. David Harewood directed the episode with story by Dana Horgan and teleplay by Daniel Beaty & Jess Kardos (#419). Season three saw Supergirl stop Reign and the other Worldkillers’ threat to humanity and our planet, and in the process, Kara was shocked to find her mother Alura alive and living in a salvaged Argo City that survived the destruction of Krypton. Reconnecting with her past caused Kara to realize that her true home is now here on Earth, where big changes are taking place for her and all of her friends in National City – and also, it appears, for a doppelganger in Russia! Season four promises to be full of surprises, action, adventure and lots of big revelations for Supergirl, Alex, James, J’onn, Lena and Brainy.

The quality of the pictures look very good. Every time a cast member gets behind the camera lately the episodes tend to be quite well.

Looking forward to seeing Dreamer vs Agent Liberty at Catco and Lena seeing Jimmy after the last episodes, she's gonna be concerned for his well being.
