Flash thoughts: might have been the strongest episode of the season, thought it was good. There were some issues, I thought at times there were some stupid moments (especially Iris's behavior early on). But overall it was a pretty solid episode.

I did like the final sit down with all the members, was a nice reflection on the show and some nice callbacks to certain moments (Iris saying she use to be vibed to their erased first kiss in season 1 was cool).

It appears that Bloodwork's time on the show might be finished. Tonight, I thought he was largely good though at times a little cliche. But I did really appreciate that we got to see his final comic book form, that was neat and handled well. Overall, I thought Bloodwork was a decent to solid villain, a massive step up from the last several years but not quite at the level of Zoom. I do think that having him the villain of the first 8 episodes did hamper the character a little, as this really wasn't enough time to full flesh out and develop a character who I honestly would have liked to have seen stay around longer and be the true big bad of the season. But for being stronger than many that have come before him, I appreciate what he had to offer and what the actor brought to the show.

Also, where was Ralph this episode? Kind of surprised we didn't see him at the end.

And holy shit, that final scene when Crisis arrives, that really changed the mood of the episode. Felt kind of like the Endgame after credits scene in Captain Marvel, you just realize what is about to happen.

Arrow thoughts: pretty good episode, we've come full circle and this episode was not only an homage to the season 1 flashbacks, but also to the show's journey in general.

There was some really sweet action, they did a great job with the big action scene. Wow, I didn't expect Roy to lose his arm, now we have seen that the actions in the present are changing the future. Was neat to see Fyers and Wintergreen back, but especially neat to have Yao Fei return, I liked his conversations with Oliver. Also neat to see Lyla transform into Harbinger.

But most of all, this episode had some very touching, deep and emotional 'goodbye' speeches between Oliver and members of Team Arrow. I especially liked his speech with William and Dig (kept saying 'hug me brother' in my head, lol). But man some of these talks were right in the guts.

Anyways, the end is here and Crisis has begun. Next week is going to be epic, can't wait.

I haven't watched any of the CW shows in years aside from the last one or two big crossover events, but I definitely intend to at least watch this one. Or try to anyway.

@Shroombeast - Wow, I'm sure it will still be awesome, but I can't help but feel like it's not gonna hit the same for you since you haven't been following the shows. A LOT of shxt has went down.

@LeonNova - I hear a LOT of people saying theyre gonna tune in anyways even if they havent even seen these shows. Its an event and there's something in it for every body. Arrowverse fans, Smallville, Batman TAS, 90s Flash, Superman Returns and I'm sure plenty more.

I dunno about anyone else but I was in tears the whole time. Each goodbye felt like a final send off to almost every cast member that mattered and were beautifully done. This felt very much like a series finale and its pretty sad to see a show you've watched for 8 years have to come to an end.

This entire season as a whole has been a phenomenal and I'm glad Arrow is going out on top. Sure its had its ups and downs but out of all the Arrowverse shows it's always been #1 to me.

Crisis now feels more like an epilogue for Arrow and Oliver's story. It's going to be a great send off and I cant wait for it.

Oh and they finally did it. After 8 seasons Roy finally got his arm cut off. Wonder what kinda crazy ass arm Argus is gonna make for him

Man! That episode of The Flash got me depressed like it's the actual end of the world.
Anyway, with no word of The Flash coming to an end, I wondering whether Barry survives by Wally dying in his place or if Wally becomes the new Flash.
Anyway I was more prepared for the ending of Arrow although everything leading up to it made it somewhat depressing. The whole repetition of the Nash Wells (Pariah) scene got pretty annoying too.
Anyway, I'm excited and worried about how this Crisis will shake up the status quo for the shows. According to the last 2 or so trailers, Earth-38 and Black Lightning's Earth are going to be wiped out. Also, the green lights in Spartan's helmet and Ramsey's recent comments have me hoping that he gets to suit up as Green Lantern and will show up regularly in that form.

While watching Arrow, I actually thought for a while that the weapon they were making was going to be some sort of version of the Green Lantern ring for Diggle. With those dwarf star particles maybe being a part of the green energy source or the starheart.

That episode of The Flash was the absolute worst episode I've ever seen in the entire Arrowverse. Barry's acting as Dark Flash was extremely laughable. He looked uncomfortable trying to be menacing while having to show his black teeth and snarl. It was complete garbage all around. The dialogue was horrible, Iris was her normal horrible self, and Caitlin/Frost segments were some of the worst from them so far.

Looking forward to Crisis and the ending of Arrow, but I don't know if I can keep on watching Flash or not after that last episode. 100% garbage all around for me. :(
