Riddler or Black Mask would be cool for Arrow season 6.
I'd love to see Brainiac in Supergirl.

No more speedsters on Flash as the big bad.

@Philip - You're 100% right. After season 1 and 2, I really can't believe they went with yet another speedster as the Big Bad of Season 3. One of two things needs to happen with The Flash:

1) Seanson 4 needs to have a big bad that does not utilize speed. Can you imagine how much worse Arrow would be if he fought only archers for 4 seasons? They need someone like Shade who can pose a threat that is not directly physical in nature. But they completely ruined him as a one-off villain, so it needs to be someone else. Grogg could be awesome, but I doubt they have the budget for that.

2) This show (and others) could go to a 2-seasons a year format. Fall season has a big bad, Spring season has a big bad. Larger character arcs can take place over the course of a few seasons, but the main villain would be done in 12 or 13 episodes. It would give Flash's less powerful enemies a chance to really shine without having to figure out why it takes Barry and Co. 26 episodes to beat the Weather Wizard. 12 would make more sense.

I did like that graph, cool stuff. But there aren't supposed to be anymore speedster villains on The Flash, and Batman and most of his major villains have been confirmed to never appear in the CW shows.
