An okay episode. Better than the premiere for season 4 but could have been stronger. First half was pretty boring. Excited to see more of Cicada.

The good:
- Ralph
- negative tachions
- foreshadow of King Shark vs Grodd
- Barry still missing 25 years later in the future
- Flash ring, new flash suit (which looked good in live action)
- Barry, Wally and Nora teaming up and phasing the plane
- Barry imitating Harry, that whole flashback
- XS outro
- Cicada introduction (best part of the episode)

The bad:
- the complete, jarring 180 in Nora's behavior from season 4
- childish dialogue, interactions, and drama
- "drunk" Cisco
- Iris and Nora dynamic at times

The stupid:
- Iris questioning Barry's concern for the timeline
- Barry's inability to defeat a villain and have basic intellect in field
- Barry disregarding concern for the timeline
