Tonight's episode of The Flash revolved around the Scarlet Speedster's journey into the Speed Force, but next week, he's going to find himself involved in a musical crossover with Supergirl! After a number sneak peeks, The CW has finally released a full-length promo along with a huge batch of stills which offer up an idea of what we should expect from this bizarre alternate reality they're trapped in.

Are you excited to see the casts of both shows revealing their singing abilities in this crossover?

DARREN CRISS (“GLEE”) GUEST STARS AS THE MUSIC MEISTER IN THE FLASH AND SUPERGIRL MUSICAL CROSSOVER – Barry (Grant Gustin) and team are surprised when Mon-El (guest star Chris Wood) and Hank Henshaw (guest star David Harewood) arrive on their Earth carrying a comatose Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist) who was whammied by the Music Meister (guest star Darren Criss). Unable to wake her up, they turn to Team Flash to save her. However, the Music Meister surprises The Flash and puts him in a similar coma, one that Team Flash can’t cure. Kara and Barry wake up without their powers in an alternate reality where life is like a musical and the only way to escape is by following the script, complete with singing and dancing, to the end. Dermott Downs directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing.

I love the style of the promo. Reminds me of last year's King Shark episode, all Jaws themed.

Ugh not excited at all for a musical episode. I get both mains have singing background but I don't wanna see that. Definition of a filler episode. I'll watch it because I'm a devoted fan but I'm gonna be cranky about it! Lol

All those geniuses on The Flash and not one thought to check that sharp piece of Savitar's suit for DNA? Jesse did keep it. If he was stabbed there should have been DNA on it.

Tonight's episode was good but not great. All of Barry's obstacles were too easy and it is some huge BS that Barry said he is not fast enough but Wally is. It was also some serious BS that Jesse was is able to battle Savitar after a few months with powers.

Barry has years on both of them. Barry has worked to get faster for three years but Wally and Jesse get to skip line.
